Overtime beyond the booked dayCrew overtime carries a 25% upliftpro rata of the day rate

Automatic multi-day discount on stage hire: −10% from 4 days and −18% from 8 days. All prices include Spanish VAT at 21%. Crew are employed and registered directly by us under the Spanish national collective agreement for the audiovisual production industry, and appear on the same invoice as the stage.

Four reasons to shoot with us

We host commercials, fashion campaigns, e-commerce catalogues and branded content in our warehouses in Vara de Quart, Valencia.

Vehicles on the floor, not outside

A five-metre cargo door and a sealed, load-rated floor mean a car is lit on set rather than shot in a car park. The turntable and rigging package covers rotation, wheel plates and safe tie-downs.

Rain you can schedule

An overhead rain bar with heated water, proper drainage and a warm changing room, so wet sequences are a planned hour in the day rather than a gamble on the weather. A special effects technician runs the rig.

One supplier, one invoice

Stage, grip, camera, lighting, crew, catering and post-production are quoted together and invoiced together, with VAT itemised for reclaim. One contact from the recce to the delivery of the masters.

Paperwork handled locally

Crew registered and paid by us under the Spanish collective agreement, insurance certificates supplied up front, and filming permits filed with the Ajuntament de València and the Valencia Film Office.

From first enquiry to delivered files

Four steps, no surprises in between. Most bookings are confirmed the same working day.

Price it online

Pick a stage, the days or half days you need and any crew, kit and services. The calculator returns a full figure including VAT, with the multi-day discount already applied.

We confirm availability

We check the stage, the equipment and the crew, then send written confirmation and the deposit invoice. On working days that normally happens within two hours.

Recce and shoot day

For vehicle and water work we walk the stage with you beforehand. You get access details, loading arrangements and a named contact the day before.

Files and paperwork

Where we crewed the shoot, the selects arrive by secure link with the rights assignment attached. The final invoice itemises VAT for reclaim.

Not sure which stage fits? Send the brief through the contact form and we will suggest a setup and a realistic schedule before you commit to anything. Viewings are available by appointment.

FAQ – everything you need to know

The rate covers the stage you book and its fixed equipment (cyclorama, rain bar and drainage, shooting table or suite kit, depending on the stage), three-phase power, fibre Wi-Fi, three dressing rooms with showers, the production office and kitchen, the video village, ten technical parking spaces and overnight security. Camera, cine lighting, grip and sound packages are separate line items, as is crew. There is no weekend or public holiday surcharge.
A day is 10 consecutive hours; a half day is 5 hours charged at 60% of the day rate. Set-up and wrap sit inside the booked window. Equipment is charged per full day even on a half-day booking, because it is prepped and checked either way. Overtime on the stage is pro rata of the day rate, and crew overtime carries a 25% uplift in line with the collective agreement.
The cargo door is 5 m wide and the floor is sealed and load-rated, so vehicles come straight in. We ask for the make, model, kerb weight and whether the vehicle needs to run inside the building, which requires extraction and is agreed case by case. The turntable and vehicle rigging package (€340 per day) covers rotation, wheel plates and tie-downs. Fuel levels are kept to a minimum and battery disconnection is arranged where the shoot allows it. A grip and an electrician are normally needed for vehicle days.
The rain bar runs the width of the stage with adjustable density, feeding heated water into a floor drain, so you can shoot wet sequences to a schedule. A special effects technician (€420 per day) is required whenever the rig runs, and is included automatically in the quote when you select that stage. Talent needs a warm changing room and towels, which are provided, and we allow half an hour at the end of the day to dry the floor before the next booking. Electrical equipment near the rig is subject to our safety checks.
If you shoot with your own crew, you are the sole owner: hiring a stage gives us no rights over your material. If you book our authors and crew, they retain their moral right, which is inalienable under Article 14 of the Spanish Intellectual Property Act, and assign you the economic rights in writing for 5 years, worldwide, for web, social media, trade shows and printed commercial materials, specifying the media, term and territory as required by Article 43 of the same Act. Broadcast, paid media and theatrical exhibition are quoted separately. Obtaining releases from identifiable people is your responsibility under Organic Act 1/1982.
We are at Calle de la Dársena 27, Vara de Quart, 46014 Valencia, five minutes from the V-30 ring road, ten from the port and twenty from the airport. Nou d'Octubre metro (lines 3 and 5) is a short walk. Loading is through the logistics yard with a dock and rigid-truck access; ten technical parking spaces are included. Cancellations are free up to 14 calendar days before the shoot; between 14 and 7 days, 30% of the stage fee remains payable; between 7 days and 72 hours, 50%; under 72 hours, the full fee is due. Booked crew are charged at 50% if cancelled with less than 7 days' notice.
